This is where one of our team will come out to see you and your business so we can fully understand your requirements on a personal level. After the consultation we aim to make sure you will have all of the necessary information in front of you to make an informed decision on not just the equipment required but exactly how it will work and how often to use it.
Unlike other machine suppliers our point of sale is not the end of our relationship, it’s the beginning! After the purchase of your new product we will fully assemble and test the new machine before it is delivered to you. This means on the rare occasion that something comes from the manufacture faulty we deal with the issue before you receive the equipment, saving you the time and inconvenience. Once we are fully satisfied that the equipment is 100% one of our team will deliver it at your convenience. Upon delivery we offer training sessions on all products purchased to make sure your staff fully understand how it works and how often to use it.
